LCSW License Supervision & Consultation Services

As the field of social work continues to grow, finding ethically based supervision has become more and more difficult. Throughout my own Limited License period, I experienced supervision that was less focused on learning and growing as a clinician and more about how to get my paperwork done on time. 

While employment requirements and standards are incredibly important for client care, licensure supervision by an agency supervisor presents a unique dual relationship that runs the risk of marginalizing the limited licensee. 

A recipient of NASW- Michigan’s Core Supervision Certificate, I am qualified to provide licensure supervision that will ensure the development of excellent clinical skills applicable to a variety of practice settings in both Michigan and Illinois.

As a professional with more than a decade of experience in the field, I know first hand that ongoing consultation is incredibly important in continued development, quality care provision, management of burn out and moral injury. As someone who receives my own consultation on a regular basis, I’m thrilled to support folks in consultation around addiction, trauma, and integration of somatic practices.
